Competence describes the ability of educators to communicate their students adequate communication and behavior rules.

There is also a need for a certain approach in the digital world. In today's digital world of life and work, rules must be respected for a peaceful approach to each other.

A teacher teaches his students how they can communicate respectfully and effectively in digital media.
