Competency description
Prospective teachers can use digital media to encourage active and creative learner engagement and to create new, real-world learning contexts that involve learners in hands-on activities, scientific inquiry or complex problem solving, or otherwise increase learners' active engagement with complex real-world issues.
Limitations
The focus is on the competence-oriented cognitive activation of learners in relation to the real world.
