Innovations and reflective practice
Prospective teachers can use digital media in a targeted manner to reflect on and self-critically assess their professional actions and competencies and actively develop these and their own teaching strategies. Prospective teachers keep up to date with new technological developments and contribute to the digital development of the school organization / school community.

To be distinguished from the area of „Assessment & Feedback“ - the focus here is on the learning process/learning status of the learners. Differentiation: relates to the teacher's efforts to help shape the digital transformation of the school community.
